Controllable Potassium Iodide-Assisted Preparation of Two-dimensional SnS<sub>2</sub> for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

چکیده

The controllable preparation of Two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenides (TMDCs) is very important. However, the uncontrollable growth SnS 2 by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and unsatisfactory performance hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) based on have hindered its applications. Herein, we reported direct synthesis high-quality 1T-SnS with various morphologies via potassium iodide-assisted CVD. On basis CVD technology, We developed process technology to grow different shapes from dot line fishbone controlled conditions. mechanism was studied, their HER investigated. trend 2D provides a reference for TMDCs materials. These results demonstrate that can adjust through shape control.
